SMART provides fully compliant Windows 11 licences for Microsoft Authorised Refurbishers, covering Windows 11 Home, Pro and Citizenship editions, delivered through a single automated workflow.
All Windows 11 licenses supplied via SMART are injected using Microsoft compliant processes and include Computer Build Report (CBR) submission directly to Microsoft as standard.

Once the CBR has been processed by Microsoft, any existing Autopilot or Intune enrolment tied to the previous owner is removed. When the end customer connects the device to the internet, Windows will automatically call home to Microsoft and complete the unlock process.
CBR processing typically completes within a few hours, but devices do not need to remain online or powered on during this time.

Windows 11 Citizenship
Available at a reduced cost for eligible refurbishers supplying devices into approved social, educational or charitable programmes. Eligibility is assessed in line with Microsoft Citizenship programme requirements.
