Onboarding takes around five minutes, so you can create an account, download the SMART Client and get to work. Move to Essentials for automation and a 5% key discount. Pro adds a 10% key discount, platform integration and phone support for larger teams.

How quickly can we get started?

Registration takes only a few minutes. Once your account and subscription are active, you can purchase Microsoft keys and download the SMART Client.

Which plan should I choose?

Pay As You Go covers the essentials without a monthly fee. Essentials adds driver installation, automation and a key discount. Pro is designed for larger operations that need the biggest discount, integration and priority support.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You’re free to move between the subscription tiers.

How do I buy Windows keys?

Once your SMART subscription is active, sign in to purchase Windows keys. The available products and pricing reflect your active plan.

Is there a minimum key order?

The minimum bundle available from the store is five keys. There is no maximum order volume.

What are Citizenship keys?

Citizenship keys are available only to qualifying educational institutions, charities, non-profits and technology-access programmes. Contact us to confirm eligibility.
